Service Description
Unit II is available weekdays Monday-Thursday from 9am-1pm or evenings Monday-Thursday 5:45pm-9:45pm for 2 weeks. Unit II is the South Carolina Advance Real Estate Principles Course and is available In-person or online via zoom with a certified instructor. All students must complete Unit II in order to receive your SC Real Estate license from LLR. This course will cover the following topics: South Carolina's State Laws, Agency, Property Disclosure, Contracts, Ethics & TRID.
