What is your cancellation policy?
Choice Real Estate School, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Choice Real Estate School, Inc., course prior to its commencement as dictated by any circumstance. In the event a Choice Real Estate School, Inc., course is canceled or rescheduled prior to its commencement including, but not limited to a different start date, a different time of day, or different days of the week, then a Student shall be entitled to a full tuition refund if they chose to not attend a rescheduled course.
Do You Offer In Person Courses?
Yes, beginning In November, 2022 we will be opening our new location to conduct In-person learning.
When Will the Other Courses Become Available?
Please view our course calendar of upcoming class sessions.
Can I Choose my Instructor?
No, our instructors are assigned various sessions to teach. Each instructor is experienced, professional and knowledgeable in the area of real estate. We do not advocate favoritism.
Do You Offer Self-Pace Learning?
No, at this time we will not offer self-pace courses. To learn more go to the Register tab.
How long is each session?
Unit I Pre-Licensing Sales is 60 hours (3 weeks) Monday-Friday. Unit II Advanced Real Estate is 30 hours (2 weeks) Monday-Thursday. Please refer to our course calendar for times and dates.
