Service Description
Unit I is available weekdays Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm or evenings Monday-Friday 5:45pm-9:45pm for 3 weeks. Unit l is the South Carolina Real Estate pre-licensing course which is available In-person or online via zoom with a certified instructor. All students must take and pass Unit l SC Real Estate License Course before scheduling a SC Real Estate License exam with PSI testing center. Unit I covers the following topics: Ownership, Agency, Title, Brokerage, Contracts, Financing, Fair Housing, Appraisal & more.
