Service Description
This class is for all licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agents and Brokers. This class is required by the SC Real Estate Commission regarding all licensees to complete 10 hrs of continuing education every two years. The class is available In-person or online via zoom with a certified instructor and is divided into two days. Day one will cover 4hrs of Mandatory Core - A Walk Through the law and day two will cover 6hrs of Elective - Foreclosures, Short Sales, & REO's.
